I would like to request the full document of "Operational instruction 534_10 Recording non-compliance using the Compliance Classification Scheme (CCS)" and the most recent version of the full document of "Operational Guidance Note (OGN) 113 – How to assess and score non-compliance at regulated sites" inclusive of Annex 3 – Waste Operations.

Please note that as Operational Instruction 534_10 is no longer in use by NRW for regulating waste operations. This document has been superseded and replaced by OGN 113 “How to assess and score none-compliance at regulated sites” and “Annex 3 - Waste operations”.
