What happens next We will consider your request and let you know if we need to discuss the amendment or arrange a site visit.  For category 3 amendments, we'll send you a form for formal approval. Our processing timescales are:  10 days for an administrative amendment  30 days for a category 2 amendment  60 days for a category 3 amendment
