Publishing your plans

During the approval process we will publish an outline of your application on our register of forest management plans for 28 days.

This gives people the chance to view and comment on your plans. 

We will not issue an approved plan before the end of these 28 days. 
 

Sign the land management agreement (after approval)

If we approve the plan, you must sign the agreement that includes:

  • conditions you must follow
  • the felling licence for years 1–5
  • restocking obligations
  • UK Timber Regulation due‑diligence form (where is this sent?)

You will need to return a copy to us.
