Our application process
Applying
You will need to apply online for our vacancies.
The application form will ask you to:
- enter your contact details and other personal information
- indicate your Welsh language level
- use STAR examples to demonstrate how you meet each requirement listed in the 'Your qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills’ part of the job advert
- upload your current CV
Shortlisting
After the closing date, your application will be reviewed by the recruiting manager and shortlisting panel member.
We guarantee an interview to any disabled person whose application meets the essential criteria for the post.
If you are shortlisted you will be invited to an interview.
You will also be notified if you’re unsuccessful at the shortlisting stage.
Interviewing
Every job advert includes a provisional or a confirmed interview date.
The advert will also state if the interview will be conducted online or in person.
Our online interviews are conducted using Microsoft Teams.
In person interviews will be conducted in one of our offices.
Offering the role
After all the interviews have taken place, the recruiting manager will contact the successful candidate to offer them the role.
The recruiting manager will also contact all unsuccessful candidates.
The screening process for all new staff includes getting references and checking your right to work.
